Wholeness, Not Perfection

Corporate/Group Wholeness

Cultivating workplace wellness and belonging

  • A corporate retreat is an opportunity for a company to refocus and reenergize while increasing belongingness and community. This is an in-depth program designed with the needs of your team and stakeholders in mind. This program begins with an organizational assessment to identify critical areas to address and your team’s teams. I will then use the data to create a plan for the retreat. I also conduct post-evaluations to help create sustainable changes.

Support for supervisors includes training, one-on-one support, and group for clinical supervisors. We will explore supervision theories, models, and concepts. Supervisors will be well equipped to recognize and use their power to foster quality care for supervisees and professional growth.
